您好，最新接收别人的项目，TPS54140 12V输入，5V输出，断开负载（40个LED）时5V输出大概在4.95V左右，加上负载立刻降压至3.8，导致负载板无法正常工作，附上原理图，图中EN引脚悬空，不知会不会引起问题，请指教。
