建议可以考虑TPS40210 搭建boost电路来满足你的需求。基于Boost电路的特点，注意选择能够承受足够峰值电流的mosfet。
输出电流比较大，内部集成MOS管的控制IC很难满足你的要求，只能采用控制IC+MOS关的方式，这样的话，大多数IC都可以满足你的要求，你可以根据你的熟悉程度来选择，除了前面提到的TPS40120外，UC384X也可以满足你的要求。
可以采用集成下管的TPS55340以简化设计。
