电路如图，栅极驱动电压为5V脉冲信号，MOSFET关断时，测得MOS管漏源极电压Vds产生浪涌尖峰，已经搞坏好几个MOS管了，请指导怎么抑制浪涌电压？
示波器测得Vds电压波形如下：
1、你怎么接的线
2、你怎么测量，怎么是个负压？
3、你想实现什么功能？
你这个测的是Vsd吧，这个应该是回路寄生太大导致，建议修改Layout
