可不可以通过TPS2421的EN管脚控制电源开断？手册里只笼统地说控制芯片使能，EN拉高是不是就没有输出了？

EN Pin并不是用来控制电源开断。
在手册的第7页中的最后一段有说明：EN Pin是允许用户来设置启动延时时间。
可设置多长的时间，见第4页中的表格EN定义。
但从手册中的波形来看，EN Pin 具有电源开断功能吧？
