ChargeCurrent  1024

ChargeVoltage 16800

ChargeOption 最后一位写的0三个寄存器都写了，而且DeviceID值也读到了。

ILIM 840mV

ACOK 3.34V

ACFET和RBFET打开了 ACDRV 25.9V CMSRC 19.9V

但是充电电流很小。
