输出电压随着输入电压变化，在5脚Vout加了一个120欧姆电阻做负载？TLV61220芯片上的字母是不是VUAI?

VUAI是芯片TLV61220的表面marking.

Vin的bypass电容10uF尽量靠近芯片battery脚尽量靠近芯片。TLV61220的switcher电流不大，如果输出电压比输入电压高出几倍，仍有机会造成过电流保护，建议现在轻载或者空载下测试。

TLV61220自身输出电流比较小，从表格中可以看到，请增加负载电阻阻值。
从你描述的情况来看最大的可能是过流保护。
