我在TI官网TPS23880页面看到有一个Firmware download的申请链接，请问这个Firmware具体是起什么作用的?需要烧写到TPS23880里面才能工作吗？还是说烧写到MCU里面通过I2C去设置TPS23880寄存器，不需要烧写到TPS23880内部存储器？如果不烧写Firmware，TPS23880能不能自动支持802.3bt？
