用UCC2897A做有源钳位反激变换器，芯片调试，调试中发现上电后VDD引脚供电电压11.4V，CS引脚有峰值为0.6V的锯齿波，RSLOPE引脚为2V锯齿波，CS脚为直流0.5V，LINEOV脚0.8V电平，LINEUV5V电平，应该没有进入过压或者欠压保护状态。但此时OUT管脚无输出，AUX管脚高电平（约11v），求各位老师指点为什么出现这种情况？
