When the DISP pin is pressed and a high-to-low transition of the pin is detected, the LED display shows
the state-of-charge for LED Hold Time. The state-of-charge can display the RelativeStateOfCharge() or
AbsoluteStateOfCharge(), based on the [LEDMODE] setting
