利用LM5176进行升降压电路，在升压过程中，一切参数正常，只是电感发热，但是一旦切换成降压模式，立马烧LM5176的芯片，VCC电压只有3.2V左右，输入电压11-25V，输出电压20V，参数都利用webench 进行了优化
