BQ20Z75装机不工作，1脚及38脚无输出，电池为2P3S，VCC为电池电压，REG33 3.3V正常，REG25  2.5V正常，请问此IC是否还要烧录程序吗？此款产品是老机种，之前直接购买此IC就能工作的，最近购买的IC就不能工作，换了BQ20Z75-V160,BQ20Z75-V180 IC都不能工作
