工作过程中IC烧毁的现象

由于来自24个SSD的大负载与U2(TPS54622)是共用电源网络12V， 会不会因为工作时来自PCIE SSD端的大电流负载影响到了U2(TPS54622)的正常工作还是其它什么原因引起的？
靠近该电源IC输入脚位置基本上都烧糊了，严重的整个IC包括周边电容全部烧毁，甚至铜皮都被击穿翘起了
