ChargeCurrent(): 0x32/0x33 只读寄存器输出可充电电流，这个参数应该和Design Capacity参数有关

比如我将Design Capacity设置为22000，Charge Current Tx-Ty设置为100%

达到这个温度条件后ChargeCurrent()值为22000mA

请问可以在不改变Design Capacity值的情况下，使充电电流变大吗？
