这个电池管理芯片不知道怎么回事充不进去电，电路原理图如下，电池是两节串联的：

寄存器的配置也按Datasheet的要求配置了：

0x12H    0xE108

0x14H    0x0400

0x15H    0x20D0

0x39H    0x1800

0x3FH    0x1000

按照Datasheet的充电条件检查，各项条件都是满足的，电池电压降到了7V左右，但就是不充电，请帮忙分析一下原因，谢谢！
