以上是我的線路圖，我的輸出是二極體會隨著溫度變化而改變電阻值，常溫狀態下為67K，但我查看輸出電流卻只有0.2mA左右，我有這個改變R1與R2的配比數值，輸出電流最大還是只能看到0.6mA,我的期望數值是1mA,請問我是慎麼地方奢定錯誤嗎?
