二极管采用推荐电路的器件，整个电路也是推荐电路
实际电流很小，只是给运放供电，输出电容是4.7uf,二极管是肖特基的LMBR0520,这是-15V波形

+15V正常代表boost主体电路正常，剩下的就是charegepump电容，肖特基，输出电容，逐个换换看吧。
0.1uF电容影响带载能力，如果需求的峰值电流很大，也可能出现类似显现。所以逐个确认吧。
