电源纹波测量示波器横坐标设置问题

       使用DC-DC过程中测量输出电压的纹波，发现50ms和1us时候测量的纹波数据差异很大。

       刚也翻了一下论坛的纹波测量有关帖子，对带宽和接地都有详细的描述，不过对横坐标没有标示要求。

       我这边测量过程中示波器已设置20MHz带宽，交流耦合，请问横坐标时间应该设置多少？
