输入电压是10-250V单相交流，要求输出5V，现象是：在输入低压的时候，输出电压稳定，输入210V的时候，输出电压不稳定，被拉低到一点几伏，请问是电容选的不对吗？手册上说C9的电容，为了输出稳定，要大于1uf
可以加大尝试一下，或者在R15上并联一个很小的电容试试。
