我测试24小时：充电-静置-C/10放电-静置5小时，结束之后，Battery Management Studio不能保存数据，然后进行UNSEAL操作，然后软件出现如下弹出框，点OK和Cancl都没任何反映，但是我看软件和板子还在正常通讯，求解这是什么问题？？？？？？
