如下图原理图：

此电路现采用9V做输入电压(不用之前的12V)，±13.5V给运放一个OPA2171供电(负载电流不超过100mA)，实际5001输出电压是+13.88V和-12.88V。并且随着负载运放数量增多，负电压幅值还会继续降低。请教一下此电路中元器件参数如何做修改才能保证负电压稳定在-13.8V这样。或者电路上需要做什么调整？
