200mA以内可以用chargepump，直接正压转负压，无电感，电路简单，但是因为有输出阻抗，5V输入，依据电流，输出会偏离-5V一些，例如-4.8V.
如果电流大，例如超过200mA, 可以用降压转换器来做，例如TPS62150, 参照：
Using the TPS6215x in an Inverting Buck-Boost Topology （在TPS62150官网应用手册中找，这个设计支持500mA左右输出，如果要更大电流可选择这个芯片高电流版本，例如TPS62130A)
