TPS73150数据手册上写着输入最小1.7V,输入最大5.5V，输出5.0V。为什么我用3.6V锂电池输入，输出还是3.6v，而不是5.0V呢？
TPS73150是线性调整器，输出只能比输入电压低。
您的应用需要选用boost调整器。

推荐如TPS61070 这样的升压稳压器： http://www.ti.com.cn/general/cn/docs/lit/getliterature.tsp?genericPartNumber=tps61070&fileType=pdf 1.8V以上都可以输出接近5V/150mA电流。
TPS73150是线性稳压器LDO， 只能做降压处理。
