今天用bq76200芯片戏动4并MOS管，在小功率情况下测试过OK，能打开关断MOS，当功率加大时（电压60V,电流25A）,瞬间干坏一个MOS管，然后测CHG和DSG引脚 输出，发现CHG和DSG 引脚输出波形有2V 幅值的交流信号，见附图，不知谁能解答下。
