在选型的时候，看到一些芯片，噪声、PSRR打了横杠是代表什么，噪声非常小？还是没有进行测试？还是比如电源抑制比输出纹波比输入还大，没起到作用？
比如数据表TL751M-Q1中就没有表述noise的大小，那这类应该怎么认定噪声性能是好还是不好？
