你好，我的BQ77915的原理图如下，现在我想给4接18650的电池充电，跳过均衡芯片就能正常充电，不跳过均衡芯片就无法正常充电，能帮忙看下我的BQ77915的电路设计是否有问题吗？谢谢PS：电池电压均为4.1V左右，R49是普通10K电阻。
