如何控制BQ34Z100的VEN管脚？

BQ34Z100有一个VEN管脚， 规格书的定义是这样的： 

Active High Voltage Translation Enable. This signal is optionally used to switch the input voltage divider on/off to reduce the power consumption (typ 45 μA) of the divider network.

但是在规格书里没有看到如何去控制VEN的输出，请教一下。

另外，请教一下，“voltage measurement consistency check”与“fast convergence”的具体功能是什么。
