最近在研究电源类芯片的温度时发现，很多芯片的贮存温度比器件的结温高不少，请教一下是什么原因呢？

一般芯片结温是指芯片能承受的最大结温范围，例如-40℃~125℃。
而芯片的存储温度，一般不会是这个范围，主要是针对开封的芯片，一般要求温箱存储，主要防止受潮。对于包装完好的，一般25℃左右的环境下即可。
