最近在做一个2并6串LG 18650HE2 电池组，电池在学习电量计时，充电静置时Qmax已经更新，但是放电时，电压放到2852mV，低于FD=2900mV时，静置5小时后Qmax不能更新到06,请问一下是什么原因？

Term Min Cell V=2900mV，Term Voltage=17400mV
