40z80在容量学习时，为什么Qmax更新成功，但是满充容量无法更新至最新的容量值？
阻抗跟踪算法应用QMax、阻抗、温度、电压和电流数据来预测运行时的FullChargeCapacity()、剩余容量()和RelativeStateOfCharge()。如果满足以下任何一个条件，这些值将被更新，实时反映电池容量。
做了一轮的充放，上传文件去匹配chem id了
我已经学习，然后上传文件到官网去匹配chemid，然后更新chemid后，再次进行容量学习，Qmax都更新了，就是不更新full charge capacity。正常学习的电池，不应该full charge capacity基本等于Qmax????
