使BQ40Z80 04版做7S 20AH锂离子电池  发现以下问题有没解决方法：

1,电池低电压，修改参数复位。会出现MOSFET时关时开。无法使用。（断电重新上电正常  附件VID1） 
2，电池低电压，放电过流后也出现同样出现MOSFET时关时开。无法使用。
3，电池低电压，写.srec文件，通讯数据完全错乱，试着再次烧录srec文件提示不能进入ROM模式， 有一定机率损坏（ 附件VID2）
