用LMR14050给板子上的所有5V器件供电，USB带2.5A的负载跑压力测试，刚开始跑就会马上挂掉，CPU的平台是RK3399，用其他的板子同样的平台，带负载可带到3A跑压力测试没问题。请问这可能是什么原因，电路图是TI推荐的电路。
找到了问题原因，带大电流负载芯片过热了，热电偶测量下来温度能达到103摄氏度。芯片一开机就已经热得不行了，这个是不是不正常
