1手册说明Vtsref引脚输出的典型值为2.5V
2根据原理图用电压表测量C3电容两端电压为0V
3用上位机读取BQ79606EVM-897板子的TSREF值为0.00648,电压也接近0V
TSREF_EN 已经使能，TSREF还是无2.5V输出
OK,问题已经找到，更换一片评估板后正常了
