用的TI的电量计做管理，用上位机监测电池的电压，发现上位机显示电池电压13320mv，pack电压9345mv，经实际用万用表测试电池和P+，P-电压发现都是13320mv，请问这是什么原因呢？
PS：学习之前电压都经过校准，没有触发任何保护。
