如上图单独IC电路，未共地的情况，EN1与EN2高低电平可控制电源输出
共地时，EN1的高低电平可控制电源输出与关闭，EN2 inverting那路拉high可输出，但是无法再通过拉low关闭输出

增加电路后可以正常关闭负压了
另外请教下inverting电路是否有layout guide供参考？
