德州仪器是美资企业，几乎所有芯片资料都是英文的，只有少量原国半的芯片datasheet中有一些中文。你可以在百度上找一下，看有没有一些第三方提供的中文译本。
TI在这个芯片网站提供了一些仿真模型，以及计算工具，建议你结合datasheet来设计。
