设置DA Config[SLEEP] = 1 ，[IN_SYSTEM_SLEEP] = 1。

Sleep Current 为5ma，Bus Timeout为5S,Voltage Time 为20S，Current Time为20s..

为什么下发指令后，要等好久TS1的采集频率才会降低，判断为进入sleep模式
