这个应该是针对12V及24V输入而言。表达的意思应该是输入12V是无法得到12V输出的。要得到12V输出，应该输入为24V（也就是大于12V一=一定值）
可是我的24V输入时就不是5V了，是7.3V左右，并且是稳定的，这样会是芯片有损坏吗，另外请教一下最大占空比范围是指多大，在手册上好像没有看到
