Hi TI Team:
输入电压4.7V~25V ,输出电压3.8V，电流在600mA左右，按照下图参数设计，
有时候电压能够正常，有时候无电压输出，无输出的时候，PH 脚是锯齿波波形
还请帮忙看看参数需要怎么修正
