使用bq76925 配置ref_sel为1，采集到的参考电压是3.03V，但是采集到的每一节电芯电压都比实际电芯电压低0.3V左右，请问是什么原因造成的？
如图中所示，单节电池电压输出是3.5V但是实际是3.8V左右
