这里的触发条件RemainingCapacity() ≥ FullChargeCapacity() 好理解，而这个Internal charge counter ≥ OC:Threshold是啥意思？这个internal charge counter怎么理解？按字面意思是内部充电计数，如果是这个意思为什么thread单位是mAh？我应该怎么来设置这个thread？
