Bq7694003 alert引脚对地下拉 IIC通讯不成功

我用bq7694003和stm32的，alert引脚加上拉电阻，通讯一切正常，但是sys state的alert位一直置1，这是正常的状态,但不应该这样让alert引脚被这样拉高。然后根据datasheet改成对地下拉1m之后，单片机对bq7694的读写通信没有ack了。磨了一天没思路了，请大家给予思路建议啊，谢谢了
