目前我在使用LM5116 这个IC，但是出现两个功率MOS管烧毁的现象，MOS管的选型确认没有问题，暂未定性异常情况！
在什么情况下坏的？如果上电就坏，估计是原理性错误，
这个是我们抓取的MOS管GS的波形 其中 黄色的是下管波形 蓝色的是上管波形 上管测试只用表笔正端接G或者S极 下管S接地
