TPS548D22做1.0v电源，使用相同电路两个布线版本输出波形相差很大

电路图如下，

第一版布线PCB焊接出来效果很好，输出1.00V波形如下：

后来集成到正式PCB中时（单独只焊接1.0v电源部分测试），输出波形如下，输出电压只有0.984V左右，外围电路只有输出电容有些修改。请问什么因素可以造成这样的影响呢？不知道该如何下手排查
