请问有没有4.3V转3.3V，降压在1V以内，并且电流在300mA左右的LDO芯片？

大部分的LDO Vdrop都是小于1V的，你可以进入LDO list页面：https://www.ti.com.cn/zh-cn/power-management/linear-regulators-ldo/products.html
在左边条件中选择，例如输入电压范围，Vdrop，封装等，会自动跳出符合条件的芯片，按照你的要求，符合小加紧的一大把。
关于封装,QFN封装现在其实已经很主流了，用热风枪焊接很容易，而且很多LDO都是要带Powerpad的，其他封装散热不一定很好。
