      I have two questions    ：

      the first is how to set  for the 0 v voltlage  0f cell to chaarge or not to charge ?

      the second is the different of "CUV" and " CUVC"

    CUVC is the load compensated cell undervoltage protection, where the CUV uses a straight cell voltage reading, CUVC uses current and the measured cell resistance to set the CUVC threshold.
