您好，目前测试芯片没有损坏，高温测试情况下，芯片测温80度以内。但是出现了MOS，提升二极管及整流桥的损坏，请帮助分析一下原因，芯片超温后有没有保护动作，有没有失控情况？同批次测试出现了10%的故障率。
