bq25895 i2c通信不上

1、bq25895连线如上图，i2c的通信引脚是通的，发送从机地址时，bq25895是有响应，但发送第二个数据(j寄存器地址时就没有响应了)，逻辑分析仪抓取的波形如下:

是我i2c通信有问题，还是bq25895的问题？

2、CE引脚已接地，按照 bq25895默认充电使能，  按道理VBUS一接入usb应该会自动充电，这时STAT应该会亮，但是只是亮了一下就灭了。
