对于BQ2947系列的过压保护芯片，有两个疑惑
1、Active high的芯片输出Vout最大是多大，看Datasheet中电气参数表中写的是当VDD=14.4V时，Vout最小是6V，当测量IoutL时，Vout=VDD,但是应用说明中Vout &VDD关系图中Vout最大也才7.5V左右。
2、OV触发时，测量IoutH条件写的是Vout=0,对于Active High的芯片，OV触发时输出不是高吗？为什么这个表里写的是低？
