使用BQ24295进行电池充放电管理，功能都基本正常，但是充电过程中发热量很大，芯片很烫，进出进入热保护状态。
输入电压是5V的，充电电流2A
thermal pad已经接了，也尽量按layout知道布线了，板子是6层板，电源和GND都走的内电层
您好，The heat dissipation resulted from the power loss requires enough copper area。 建议参开BQ24295 EVM这样的4层板具有良好的散热性能。 布局指南在数据手册第43-44页上。
