TPS54202S FB引脚电压不在范围内

Hi，

    在使用TPS54202芯片，24V转5V时，FB引脚电压并不在手册给的0.596V左右，而是将近0.8V了，这就导致输出电压接近6.8V，负载约30mA，这个FB管脚电压应该是内部生成的一个稳定电压才对吧，用的电阻都是1%的，请问是买到的芯片有问题吗？已经换了三片都是同样的问题。输入电容有一个100uF的电解电容，未截图进来。
